Frozen Flowers

First snow of the season.

I wish I would have picked all my flowers and made a huge bouquet!

You're so behind. We had our first snow a week and a half ago. Of course it didn't stick- thankfully. Happy Snow Day.

We had our first snow just over a week ago. You should see my veggie garden... so sad.

Don't they look pretty with the snow? I always like the first snow, and am soooo glad it wasn't to bad. Warren hates the first snow because he knows what I will be making for dinner - soup. I love soup and he hates it. But, that is my quirky side and when it snows, I have to make soup.

That is just wrong. I saw the same thing at my sister's house. Stay warm.

I have a feeling it's gonna be a long cold winter this year. Already had frost here in Roanoke and already had to make beef stew which is a sure sign of winter in my book.

I am kind of jealous of the big snowstorms you get there in Colorado. However, your picture is a stark reminder of the end of summer): (Heck, the end of fall!)
