24 Degrees!

The temperature reached a high of 24 degrees today! Wohoo! I am sipping hot chocolate snuggled up in Roland's big hoodie, sweat pants, fuzzy socks, and slippers. Everything outside is coated in ice. Roland fell on the ice twice yesterday, both times he was telling me to be careful. I'm usually the one who hits the pavement.

I took my fancy Cannon Sure Shot out to see if I could get a picture.

The entire yard/neighborhood looks like it was sandblasted with granulated sugar.

This will be the death of my petunias. Waa.

We are supposed to back at 70 degrees on Wednesday.

Awesome pictures Robin! Really crazy cold though. Ugh! I don't know if we could live there again, I might freeze to death-- or never leave the house!

That is some crazy bipolar weather you are having. Your pictures are stunning.

What happened to Fall? Crazy!
Boise did a sudden cool down also. Although nothing like your beatiful whiteness! Great pics.

Those pictures are just amazing. Really. I can't believe your weather! It is so boring here and exciting where you are. I think we would both like to trade for a month, so send your snow on over and I will send you some sunny, cloud-free, warm afternoons. Oh wait, you will get those anyway when it gets back up to 70!

Crazy.

Poor petunias.

You are becoming quite the photographer. It's colder in Colorado than in Norway! I can't wait for the hot cocoa and slipper weather. Enjoy.

Very nice. You captured a little bit of magic.

I liked the flower + snow picture.
I had to study it to see exactly why I favored it and it is because the juxtaposition of flowers covered in snow is uncommon.

Sometimes I think I could live in Colorado. The cold would take some getting used to, but I think my husband would enjoy the Weather. I capitalized that on purpose. He really likes Weather.

Robin! My husband is in Colorado Springs this week. And he only packed a light jacket.

If you see a really cute coatless man walking the streets will you take him to your house and give him some cocoa?

(Wish I were there...partly to keep him warm, but mostly to hang out with you!!)

Those are great pictures! I'm actually looking forward to the cold... then again... maybe not. I like it for the first couple of snow storms, until I realize the city doesn't plow our street, except maybe twice a winter.

Gorgeous pictures Robin...is there anything you can't do? (Besides upside down push ups...)
